B P Collins Solicitors has acted for Annex 360 Limited in the securing of investment from Mrs Susan Morris and the subsequent purchase of the business and assets of marketing and design services company Ontrac Marketing Services Limited (in administration).
The deal was challenging to the B P Collins corporate team as the investment and the acquisition were negotiated, documented and completed within a 48 hour period.
