B P Collins' corporate team acted for Pelham Public Relations Limited in the acquisition of WMC Communications. Pelham PR is an independent, financial communications consultancy in London and the addition of WMC Communications will add specialist corporate communications and strategic advice to UK and international companies.
The deal was particularly challenging for the corporate team, having been instructed at very short notice when another firm could not complete the transaction.
David Stanning commented: "The clients exchange deadline of three weeks, meant that the deal was quick and pressurised, but a pragmatic approach by both parties helped complete the acquisition on time."
