B P Collins' corporate team acted for NTR UK Waste Limited, part of the Greenstar group of companies, on their acquisition of total waste management outfit, Network Waste Solutions Ltd.
B P Collins has worked closely with Greenstar since 2003, advising on all of its UK acquisitions in the waste sector, and has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with UK managing director, Ian Wakelin.
