B P Collins acted on behalf of Saclà UK Limited, one of Italy's most progressive food companies, in the agreement of a publishing contract with Conran Octopus publishing.
Saclà, made famous for its Italian Pesto, commissioned the author Anna Del Conte to produce the words and recipes, and the artist Val Archer to produce the illustrations for "The Painter, The Cook and L'Arte di Saclà", a culinary travelogue. Anna Del Conte has been described as the doyenne of Italian cookery writing.
Simon Deans, partner in the corporate practice comments: "This was a new and exciting venture for Saclà and we were delighted to assist them in the production of this book, albeit in the rather less glamourous aspect."
