B P Collins acted for the individual seller in the sale of Causeway Garage Wiltshire Limited, trading as Causeway Saab, to Renrod Holdings Limited.
Based in Trowbridge, Renrod Holdings Limited is the owner of a number of well established dealerships and has strong business ties with General Motors.
B P Collins has advised Tony Walker, the individual seller, since the early 1990s.
Having built up the business over a long period, the sale was an ideal opportunity for Mr Walker to move on to new and different challenges. The sale to Renrod Holdings Ltd assured Mr Walker that the company was in safe hands for the future.
