B P Collins acted for Summerleaze Limited, a privately owned company, in its recently announced sale of Summerleaze RE-Generation Limited to Infinis Limited, the UK's largest independent generator of renewable power, for £80 million on a debt-free basis.
B P Collins has worked closely with the Summerleaze Group since 1988, particularly in its successful development of RE-Gen's power from landfill gas business. The Summerleaze Group is a pioneer of renewable energy from landfill gas and, over a period of more than 20 years, has developed a business capable of generating in excess of 60 MW of renewable generation capacity from 24 sites.
