Officials from the UK Intellectual Property Officer (UK-IPO) are set to join a record number of bodies from around Europe for the 130th International Trade Mark Association's (INTA) annual meeting this month.
Eleven offices are involved in the event this year, including Benelux, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, France, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland and Finland.
Taking place in Berlin, the event will give officials from the International Trade Mark community the opportunity to exchange opinions on developments in Trade Mark/Intellectual Property (IP) law.
The meeting, the largest gathering of IP professionals in the world, also gives people the chance to meet and cultivate clients.
A new National Offices website has now been set up to bring the latest news and information about the event, including a 'what's on' section providing a schedule of presentations going on throughout the course of the conference.
Delegates will also gain advice about current events in trade marks and design.
